What affects the price
- Area — Mayfair and Knightsbridge are the most expensive.
- Season — summer (June–September) and school holidays are the most expensive.
- Length of stay — longer stays often get better weekly rates.
- Building and floor — new buildings, lifts and higher floors cost more.
- Number of guests — larger apartments for more guests cost more.
Seasonal advice
If your dates are flexible, late September and May often offer better availability and prices than July and August. Booking 4–6 weeks ahead usually gives more choice in the popular areas.
